Description
Dolphin and Seal Show offers a personalised encounter with professionally trained seals and dolphins beloved by audiences of all ages. You get to witness the synchronised jumps to entertaining antics. The show is designed to amaze and educate visitors about the behaviours and skills of these incredible animals. 

Once there, you'll enjoy the Dolphin Live Show, with the option to choose between regular or VIP tickets for an enhanced experience. Regular tickets provide general access, while VIP tickets offer closer interactions with the dolphins and seals, giving you a more intimate look at their playful nature.

Apart from the seal show, you can move to enjoy the three different shows.

EXOTIC BIRD SHOW AT CREEK PARK: Where you can see over 20 different species of vibrant parrots in an engaging and colourful display. You get access to the show, where you can observe these beautiful birds up close.

SWIM WITH DOLPHINS - SHALLOW WATER: For a gentler introduction to marine life, opt for the Shallow Water Swim with Dolphins. This experience allows you to interact with dolphins and seals in knee-deep water, offering a close encounter that's both safe and exciting.

SWIM WITH DOLPHINS - DEEP WATER: Under this, you will have an immersive adventure; the Deep Water Swim lets you swim alongside dolphins and seals in deeper water. This Dolphin and Seal Show provides a whole aquatic experience, allowing you to engage more directly with these intelligent creatures.

Your safety is a priority. We'll provide short training sessions before you try any activities. We will provide you with all the safety equipment and gear for the swim.

No pets allowed.

We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
 
Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 

Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.  

Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  

We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.

Cancellation Policy

    • Non-Refundable Booking: Bookings that include activity tickets along with shared transfers are non-refundable once confirmed. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  2. Activity Ticket with Private Transfer:
  • Non-Refundable Activity Ticket: The activity ticket component is non-refundable once booked.
  • Cancellable Private Transfer:
    • Cancellation Notice Required: If you need to cancel the private transfer, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
    • Refund Details: Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund of the private transfer charges, after the deduction of applicable taxes, service charges, and payment gateway fees.
  1. No Changes Allowed: Bookings are final and cannot be modified. This includes changes to the date, time, or number of participants.
  2. No-Shows: Failure to attend the activity at the scheduled time and location will result in the forfeiture of the booking without any refund or credit.
  3. Service Provider and BMB Cancellations: If an activity or transfer (whether it’s a private or shared transfer booked as part of a bundled service) is cancelled by the service provider or BookMyBooking.com, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns or any avoidable things), we will offer an alternative date or activity of equal value. If no suitable alternative is available, a credit voucher may be issued at the discretion of BookMyBooking.com.

 

Policy Acceptance: By booking an activity or transfer through BookMyBooking.com, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. This policy is clearly stated during the booking process and must be accepted to complete any reservations.
