Aquaventure is home to some of the world's most thrilling water slides and rides. The place will allow you to experience the adrenaline-pumping slides, a relaxing beach day, or surfing fun; Aquaventure offers it all. Complementing this exhilarating waterpark is The Lost Chambers Aquarium, where you can explore the mystical underwater world of Atlantis, home to over 65,000 marine animals.

We will ensure a seamless experience, starting with transfers from your location to the iconic Atlantis, The Palm. Your day begins at Aquaventure, where you can plunge record-breaking slides, relax on a private beach, or challenge the Surf's Up wave rider. After an adrenaline-filled day, you'll be guided to The Lost Chambers Aquarium, where you can explore the wonders of marine life and the intriguing story of Atlantis. You can interact closely with sharks, stingrays, and other aquatic creatures here. Additionally, in the company of trained professionals, you can participate in feeding sessions and learn about marine life, fostering a harmonious encounter.

  • Use of lockers: Use of lockers for storing your belongings during the Dolphin Encounter.

Terms & Conditions

No pets or animals allowed.

We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 

Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 

Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.  

The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.

Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  

We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.

Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview: At BookMyBooking.com, Attractions/Activities booking is subject to a stringent non-refundable cancellation policy designed to maintain the availability of attractions/activities while ensuring effective management of slots.   • Non-Refundable Booking: Once a booking for a standalone activity ticket is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  1. Activity Ticket with Shared Transfer:
    • Non-Refundable Booking: Bookings that include activity tickets along with shared transfers are non-refundable once confirmed. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  2. Activity Ticket with Private Transfer:
  • Non-Refundable Activity Ticket: The activity ticket component is non-refundable once booked.
  • Cancellable Private Transfer:
    • Cancellation Notice Required: If you need to cancel the private transfer, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
    • Refund Details: Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund of the private transfer charges, after the deduction of applicable taxes, service charges, and payment gateway fees.
  1. No Changes Allowed: Bookings are final and cannot be modified. This includes changes to the date, time, or number of participants.
  2. No-Shows: Failure to attend the activity at the scheduled time and location will result in the forfeiture of the booking without any refund or credit.
  3. Service Provider and BMB Cancellations: If an activity or transfer (whether it’s a private or shared transfer booked as part of a bundled service) is cancelled by the service provider or BookMyBooking.com, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns or any avoidable things), we will offer an alternative date or activity of equal value. If no suitable alternative is available, a credit voucher may be issued at the discretion of BookMyBooking.com.

 

Policy Acceptance: By booking an activity or transfer through BookMyBooking.com, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. This policy is clearly stated during the booking process and must be accepted to complete any reservations.
