Our Al Ain City Tour takes you through the heart of this culturally vibrant city. This will be a perfect blend of historical exploration and natural beauty. It is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Al Ain Oasis, a sprawling network of palm tree-lined irrigation channels that has sustained agriculture in the region for millennia.

Begin your journey with a visit to the Al Ain Museum, where you can understand the region's history and traditions of UAE. The museum is a treasure trove of artefacts narrating Al Ain's past story, providing a fascinating glimpse into its cultural heritage.
We will pick you up from your location and transport you to Al Ain. We start with the Al Ain Museum, where you'll gain insights into the city's history. Next, we move to the Al Ain National Heritage Site, where you can see traditional architecture and learn about the local way of life. The activity continues to the Al Ain Fort, an impressive structure that is a testament to the city's defensive past. You'll then explore the Archaeological Park, home to ancient relics that offer a peek into the early civilisation of the region.

After the historical explorations, we'll take you to the soothing hot water springs, where you can relax and unwind. Our final stop is the Al Ain Zoo, home to various wildlife. Please note that entrance tickets to the zoo are not included.

We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 

Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
 
Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
 
Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  

We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Booking: Once a booking for a standalone activity ticket is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  1. Activity Ticket with Shared Transfer:
    • Non-Refundable Booking: Bookings that include activity tickets along with shared transfers are non-refundable once confirmed. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  2. Activity Ticket with Private Transfer:
  • Non-Refundable Activity Ticket: The activity ticket component is non-refundable once booked.
  • Cancellable Private Transfer:
    • Cancellation Notice Required: If you need to cancel the private transfer, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
    • Refund Details: Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund of the private transfer charges, after the deduction of applicable taxes, service charges, and payment gateway fees.
  1. No Changes Allowed: Bookings are final and cannot be modified. This includes changes to the date, time, or number of participants.
  2. No-Shows: Failure to attend the activity at the scheduled time and location will result in the forfeiture of the booking without any refund or credit.
  3. Service Provider and BMB Cancellations: If an activity or transfer (whether it’s a private or shared transfer booked as part of a bundled service) is cancelled by the service provider or BookMyBooking.com, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns or any avoidable things), we will offer an alternative date or activity of equal value. If no suitable alternative is available, a credit voucher may be issued at the discretion of BookMyBooking.com.

 

Policy Acceptance: By booking an activity or transfer through BookMyBooking.com, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. This policy is clearly stated during the booking process and must be accepted to complete any reservations.
