The entrance ticket and other entitlements remain our property and are not for re-sale, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for commercial gain. Tickets and other entitlements are void if altered.

Non-dated tickets do not guarantee entry.

You will need to present the original ticket or online e-ticket in order to gain entry into the Park (note this may not be required if you have completed all steps to register for FacePass contactless access).

The ticket is valid for the period stated on its face.

Your ticket is personal to you and may not be shared with others. The ticket is not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge. Tickets must be presented for re-entry to the Park on the same day (note this may not be required if you have completed all steps to register for FacePass contactless access).

Tickets should be retained and shown for inspection upon demand.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 and holding a valid ticket.

We do not permit the following within the Park:

Outside food and beverage (Exceptions are any food required for medical purposes, medically–indicated nutritional supplements and baby food/baby formula)
Fighting or abusive language.

Smoking in non-designated smoking areas.

Unruly behavior

Running

Intoxication

Queue jumping

Weapons of any kind, or potentially dangerous items such as items made of glass or with sharp edges.

Coolers, suitcases, and bags with wheels.

Clothing with offensive language or content.

Clothing that identifies the wearer as emergency personnel.

Pets (except service animals in special cases that will be determined by us).

The use of two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles such as Segways.

The use of recreational devices such as remote control drones, toys, scooters, inline skates, skateboards or shoe with built in wheels.

The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale.

Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purpose without our prior written approval.

Unlawful or immoral behaviour.

We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 

Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 

Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.

Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
 
Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.  

We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.

In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.

Policy Overview: At BookMyBooking.com, Attractions/Activities booking is subject to a stringent non-refundable cancellation policy designed to maintain the availability of attractions/activities while ensuring effective management of slots. This policy encompasses various booking scenarios. We encourage you to carefully review the cancellation terms applicable to your chosen booking type:

1. Standalone Activity Tickets:

• Non-Refundable Booking: Once a booking for a standalone activity ticket is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Activity Ticket with Shared Transfer:
   • Non-Refundable Booking: Bookings that include activity tickets along with shared transfers are non-refundable once confirmed. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Activity Ticket with Private Transfer:

• Non-Refundable Activity Ticket: The activity ticket component is non-refundable once booked.
• Cancellable Private Transfer:
  • Cancellation Notice Required: If you need to cancel the private transfer, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • Refund Details: Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund of the private transfer charges, after the deduction of applicable taxes, service charges, and payment gateway fees.

4. No Changes Allowed: Bookings are final and cannot be modified. This includes changes to the date, time, or number of participants.
5. No-Shows: Failure to attend the activity at the scheduled time and location will result in the forfeiture of the booking without any refund or credit.
6. Service Provider and BMB Cancellations: If an activity or transfer (whether it’s a private or shared transfer booked as part of a bundled service) is cancelled by the service provider or BookMyBooking.com, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns or any avoidable things), we will offer an alternative date or activity of equal value. If no suitable alternative is available, a credit voucher may be issued at the discretion of BookMyBooking.com.

 

Policy Acceptance: By booking an activity or transfer through BookMyBooking.com, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. This policy is clearly stated during the booking process and must be accepted to complete any reservations.
