Terms of Cancellation:
Modifications by You: Any changes to a confirmed booking might incur charges, depending on the availability and the terms set by our suppliers. We will do our best to accommodate changes with the lowest possible fees.
Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to insufficient participants, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you at the earliest and offer a full refund or an alternative tour package, as preferred.
Travel Insurance (if not included in the package): We strongly advise all travellers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation fees and other travel mishaps. This insurance can be purchased at the time of booking through our platform.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving a written cancellation notice. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure reasons such as wars, natural disasters, or other events outside our control.
