UAE-Pakistan Flights: Flydubai Launches New Routes To Lahore, Islamabad

The carrier started flying to Pakistan in 2010, with Karachi as its first spot.  

FlyDubai announced on Monday, June 24, the launch of flights to Islamabad and Lahore in Pakistan starting July 1, 2024, from Terminal 2 at Dubai International, serving 1.7 million Pakistani nationals living and working in the UAE." "Pakistan has long been an essential market for flyDubai. Since 2010, when we first started operations in the market, we have seen sustained demand for travel, and with the start of our daily services to Islamabad and Lahore, we look forward to offering passengers more opportunities to explore Dubai, the GCC region, and beyond on the fluDubai network, said Hamad Obaidalla chief commercial officer at flydubai.

Flydubai started operating flights to Pakistan in 2010 with the launch of flights to Karachi. Besides Islamabad and Lahore, the carrier also serves flights to Faisalabad and Karachi. Multan Quetta and Sialkot. Sudhir Sreedharan, who is the senior vice president of commercial operations at Flydubai, said new daily services to Islamabad and Lahore would offer customers from the UAE and Pakistan more convenient and reliable travel options. "As our Boeing 737 MAX aircraft fleet will operate our flights, we are confident that passengers will enjoy an enhanced travel experience with our onboard product."
