The red alert is in effect for these districts on July 16 and 17. A yellow warning has been announced for the districts of Belagavi, Dharwad, Kalaburagi and Yadgir, indicating the likelihood of heavy rainfall until July 17. In Bengaluru, there is a high probability of rain until July 16. On Sunday, continuous wind speeds are expected to reach 40-50 km/h in Uttara Kannada, Dakshina Kannada and Udupi coastal districts.
