Vaibhav Kala, Senior Vice President of the Adventure Tour Operators Association of India and Founder of Aquaterra Adventures India Pvt Ltd has announced the top-voted adventure travel destinations for 2025. The list, compiled from the ratings of over 1,000 adventure travel enthusiasts, highlights the growing demand for unique and immersive travel experiences, especially in unexplored and remote regions.
As per Kala, "Indians are travelling more than ever before. Outbound travel from India is expected to reach an 11 per cent compound annual growth rate in 2025, with adventure travel estimated to see a 50 per cent increase." He added that adventure travel is a priority for many as Indians seek enriching experiences. "Our clients share insights through their experiences, helping us gauge the pulse of the adventure travel market."
